Each day, the diary is updated with details of the cleaning carried out, along with any observations such as maintenance issues, low stock levels, or areas needing extra attention. Every entry is signed off by the cleaner on duty, providing full accountability and a clear record of work completed. This ongoing log creates transparency, supports high standards, and allows us to respond quickly if anything needs following up.

Clocking in
Our clocking in and out system is a key part of how we monitor attendance, track hours accurately, and make sure every shift runs as planned. Each member of our team logs in on arrival and logs out at the end of their shift using our secure digital system.
